Job Description:

Job Title: Risk Analyst

Location: Hollywood, FL 33024 (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $24 to $25/hr.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to support a Risk Management team in a customer-facing environment. This role focuses on data management, insurance documentation, and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) records
• Perform data entry and updates in internal systems and databases
• Upload and manage insurance policies, claims data, and documentation
• Generate reports and support data requests for leadership
• Track and maintain inventory of insurable assets (e.g., buildings, vehicles)
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the Risk & Insurance team

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative, data entry, reporting, or similar roles
• Exposure to insurance, risk, or compliance is a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and working with systems/databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to work onsite full-time
