Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze complex data sets to identify fraud and risk trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance our process efficiencies. They must excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating superior problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze KYC/KYB, financial patterns, and transaction data for fraud and risk trends.
• Detect financial irregularities and ensure billing and regulatory compliance.
• Operate within SOPs to mitigate risk and maintain detailed transaction records.
• Work collaboratively with teams to address customer issues and balance empathy with risk policies.
• Stay current with industry trends to continually improve fraud and risk identification.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• High organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in G-Suite and relevant software.

Domain Experience:

• Experience in finance, risk management, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• CFE certification or a bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
