JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Specialist to join our Contact Center Team to handle complex risk and fraud-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills and exceptional customer service. This role requires efficient handling of high-stress situations while prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Manage and resolve 20+ inbound calls daily concerning risk-based financial and fraud queries.

• Review merchant cases for fund release related to fraud and financial issues, and assist with chargeback disputes.

• Analyze customer and financial data to identify fraud patterns and trends.

• Document processes, procedures, and maintain detailed records of all transactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related challenges and propose process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in risk management or financial call center roles.

• Strong ability to de-escalate customer situations and deliver empathetic service.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in financial services or payment processing is preferred.
