Risk Analyst – Infrastructure & Operational Risk Management

Job Description

Join a dynamic team managing project and operational risks for multi-agency transportation programs. As a Risk Analyst, you will implement ISO 31000-based risk frameworks to assess, score, and mitigate risks impacting public infrastructure and IT modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project risk registers. Conduct risk impact scoring, Monte Carlo simulations, and predictive modeling. Coordinate with program and project managers to define mitigation strategies. Perform periodic risk reviews and adjust mitigation plans accordingly. Prepare and present risk status reports to executives and oversight committees. Support internal audits and external agency reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or Business. Experience 4–6 years applying risk frameworks in infrastructure, construction, or IT domains. Experience working on government/public sector projects preferred. Skills Risk modeling (qualitative and quantitative) Familiarity with ISO 31000 and project risk management best practices Use of risk tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, etc.) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Clear and concise reporting and presentation abilities Certifications (Preferred) ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) PMP is a plus
