Job Description:

  • Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities using predefined processes.
  • Work with internal business teams to gather vendor information.
  • Coordinate directly with vendors to collect required documentation.
  • Support vendor assessments, including questionnaires, SOC reports, and penetration test artifacts.
  • Track progress and follow up on outstanding vendor requirements.
  • Assist with contract extensions by managing submission and processing workflows.
  • Validate and process vendor invoices regularly.
