Risk and Quality Manager

A company is looking for a Risk & Quality Performance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders to manage data collection strategy and performance improvement initiatives

Monitor projects from inception to successful delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory audit guidelines

Create and maintain program documentation while proactively communicating progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of program and / or project management experience in risk adjustment and / or quality

2+ years of experience supporting HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems

Familiarity with running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server

Healthcare experience with functional risk adjustment and / or quality knowledge
