Risk and Safety Analyst

Do you get a kick out of helping businesses run safer, smarter, and stronger? We’re looking for a seasoned Risk & Safety pro who brings a customer-first mindset, a natural curiosity for how things work (and sometimes don’t), and real pride in helping a wide range of organizations succeed. This is a full time, permanent role with one of the top PEO's in the US...you’ll be part advisor, part trainer, and part coach; partnering with clients across industries to spot risks before they become problems. You’ll visit worksites, ask great questions, lead engaging trainings (CPR, OSHA, etc), and build trusted relationships with business owners and leadership teams. Your skills and intuition will not only support existing clients, but also evaluate potential new clients (risk assessments, safety audits, image collection, etc.)

Required:

• 3+ years in a focused risk and safety role
• A customer-centric thinker, bias toward action
• Naturally curious
• Real pride in helping others, from small businesses to large operations
• Enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and making an impact

The role is “hybrid” but you’ll spend most of your time with client throughout the Chicago land area. The office is in Oak Brook, but no need to be there regularly. Your skills and time will be best spent meeting with current and potential clients.

Rewards:
