Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support across portfolio management, financial tracking, PMO operations, and executive administration. This role is critical in enabling the leadership team to run the portfolio efficiently, maintain strong governance, and ensure accurate tracking of commercial and operational performance.
  • Work closely with Managing Directors, Client PMOs, and project leadership teams, acting as a trusted partner on portfolio matters while managing day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Pipeline Management Review and monitor pipeline opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Proactively follow up with Client PMO and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates to pipeline data. Support portfolio leaders with visibility into opportunity status and key risks.
  • Sales & Revenue Tracking Track overall sales and revenue performance against budget and targets.
  • Support periodic reporting on portfolio financial health, highlighting variances, trends, and key observations.
  • Assist with coordination of inputs for financial reviews and leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in related field
  • At least 4 - 5 years of relevant working experiences in the area of program / project management support, secretarial support, office administration, events management etc
  • Proficient in MS office
