Pay Rate: CAD $60-$65 per hour

Job Description

Looking for senior resources to conduct independent compliance reviews for primary care teams across Ontario, focusing on governance, expenses, and procurement.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in audit, risk, and compliance
  • Strong experience in compliance reviews and risk assessments
  • CPA or CIA certification
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks and IIA standards
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Public sector experience
  • Healthcare or primary care domain experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessments and compliance reviews using standard audit methodologies
  • Analyze data to identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions
  • Interpret policies, legislation, and standards to guide management decisions
  • Conduct gap analysis, control design, and risk evaluations
  • Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
  • Compliance checklists, working papers, and documentation
  • Final report with findings and recommendations.
