Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Risk & Control Analyst to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the Market & Liquidity Risk team and technology teams, supporting treasury system projects, coordinating user requirements, and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a critical role in ensuring robust risk controls, accurate system functionality, and smooth implementation of treasury system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Market & Liquidity Risk team and IT/treasury system project teams.
- Gather, analyse, and document user requirements from a risk and control perspective for treasury system enhancements.
- Participate in treasury system projects to ensure compliance with risk controls and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare test plans, execute test cases, document results, and report issues.
- Ensure that system changes meet business and risk control requirements before deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, discrepancies, and control gaps.
- Provide ongoing support to treasury operations by validating system functionality and process adherence.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management on UAT results, system issues, and risk findings.Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury operations, market risk, or liquidity risk.
- Hands-on experience with treasury systems and system implementation/enhancement projects.
- Good exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test management.
- Knowledge of risk and control frameworks within treasury operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
