In this position, you will focus on client education, needs analysis, and assisting individuals in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their financial goals.

Duties

• Connect with prospective clients through online platforms and referrals
• Educate clients on available insurance products and services
• Learn and apply product knowledge and industry compliance standards
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain communication
• Work with team leaders for coaching and ongoing development
• Monitor daily activities and track progress toward performance goals
