Job Objective:
Assist the Risk Management group with various tasks and projects. This is a part time position working no more than 25 hours per week.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation
- Supports company vision and mission
- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings
- Works in coordination with risk team through contract management process
- Takes an active role in reviewing, renaming and filing COIs
- Performs weekly reports in DocuSign to ensure data compliance
- Analyzes multiple data points to ensure data integrity
- Constantly strives to improve processes and procedures in accordance with sound data management
- Assist risk management team with annual ERM assessment
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by management

Education Requirements:
- Required: Junior or Senior Candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management or Finance.
