The Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) department is responsible for TDBG's regulatory compliance and the broader prudential risk management components of the Bank's Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) risk management programs (collectively referred to as the TDBG FCRM Program).
JOB DESCRIPTION
FCRM acts as an Oversight Function for applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations (LRRs), in support of Enterprise Compliance's Regulatory Compliance Management requirements. Candidate would be responsible for reviewing daily regulatory notifications, supporting LRR inventory to be reflective of all requirements across TD's footprint, and ensuring compliance with RCM requirements. The candidate should have the ability to read regulatory requirements, good communication and writing skills to relay the regulatory requirements, and a strong sense of initiative in a highly adaptive environment.
