Risk Management Manager at Great-West Lifeco

Reporting to the Director of Reinsurance Risk Management, you will join an evolving team providing solutions to clients in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. This position emphasizes strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Exposure to global business operations ensures meaningful contributions to key processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and prepare risk summaries for new reinsurance deals
• Develop quarterly CRO reports for senior management
• Analyze key risk measures quarterly
• Support the Reinsurance Division’s annual risk budget
• Identify emerging risks from business insights

Requirements :

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time-management and detail orientation
