Our\nculture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking creatively,\nchallenging the status quo, and striving to be best-in-class.\n\nAs a Product Manager in the Wholesale Credit Risk Product Team, you will work at\nthe center of Risk Management and Compliance, helping to keep JPMorgan Chase\nstrong and resilient. You will collaborate with technology partners and other\nProduct Teams to develop and deliver platform components that meet user needs\nand maximize value. Your work will support the firm’s commitment to anticipating\nnew risks, solving real-world challenges, and driving best-in-class performance.
Responsibilities
- Gather clear requirements and write user stories/acceptance criteria
- Provide oversight of UAT activities to ensure delivery of quality code and\nbusiness requirements, addressing all critical defects to resolution
- Support client and practitioner adoption of new features or functionality\nonce released into Production
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to understand\nuse cases, pain points, and marketplace trends
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product\nrequirements and contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization of\nenhancements and new features
- Assist in providing content and reviewing documentation for the release of\nnew features
- Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications, released on\nschedule, and issues are remediated in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Product\nManagement, Product Development, or related capacity
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the\nability to edit and prepare executive-level communications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to\nmanage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under\npressure
Nice-to-haves
- Experience within large financial services firms and basic level of domain\nknowledge in Credit Risk
- Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing\ntechnical designs
- Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
