- Develop risk matrices and scenarios to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide deep insights into risks associated with the Chinese market, including regulatory, geopolitical, and cultural dynamics.
- Monitor changes in Chinese laws and policies and assess their impact on client operations.
- Design and implement robust risk management frameworks tailored to client needs.
- Recommend actionable strategies to minimize exposure to risks.
- Liaise with Chinese clients to understand their specific risk challenges and ensure tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Ensure clients’ compliance with local and international regulations, including data protection and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts to deliver high-quality risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into broader business strategies.
- Stay updated on global and regional risk trends, particularly in China, and share insights with clients.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams on risk awareness and mitigation.

- **Experience**:Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management or a similar role, with a strong focus on the Chinese market.
- **Skills**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
