As a member of the Reputation Risk Governance team within Risk Management and Compliance, you play a crucial role in maintaining the strength and resilience of JPMorgan Chase. You contribute to the responsible growth of the firm by anticipating new and emerging risks and applying your expert judgment to address real-world challenges that affect our company, customers, and communities. In this role, you will anticipate, assess, and manage reputation risk across business lines. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization, lead high-impact projects, produce thematic risk analyses for senior management, and enhance the firm's reputation risk framework.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and log reputation risk escalations; advise on review and escalation processes.
  • Track political, social, economic trends and regulatory/legal changes for reputation impacts.
  • Prepare periodic CCB/Business Banking reputation risk reports and thematic analyses for senior management.
  • Guide risk governance and reporting projects; provide stakeholder training as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in workflows, technology, and data quality.
  • Partner with Technology, Risk Reporting, and Middle Office to enhance risk infrastructure.
  • Develop and apply NLP/ML and statistical solutions to strengthen decision-making and efficiency.
  • Communicate clear risk assessments, recommendations, and escalation paths to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years in financial services, risk; strong knowledge of JPMorganChase businesses and products.
  • Proven judgment in assessing complex issues, making decisions, and escalating appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
  • Ability to create concise, professional presentations and distill complex topics.
  • Experience with language models, prompt engineering, and model finetuning.
  • Experience and knowledge of the firm's distinct business lines, processes, and products

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years in Commercial/Business Banking, Risk, or Compliance.
  • Advanced understanding of global regulatory environments and reputation risk.
  • Experience with risk technology and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Track record of driving innovation and delivering senior-ready insights
