Position: Risk Management Specialist (Depot)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Risk Management Specialist (RMS) is a professional who is responsible for identifying, assessing and evaluating potential risks that may hinder the organization's objectives. RMS develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to minimize the impact of potential risks. The RMS coordinates with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards utilizing the five basic principles of risk management:
Additional responsibilities will include to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures; analyze and evaluate potential risks and hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate them; conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk; develop and implement risk mitigation plans and ensure timely implementation; collaborate with other departments to identify and manage risks associated with their activities; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management;
monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and plans; provide training and support to staff on risk management best practices; stay current with emerging trends and developments in risk management.
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Three years current or other relative experience supporting DoD C4
ISR projects with analysis, generation, tracking, and corrections of relevant data; demonstrated ability to communicate in a group environment and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

REMARKS
Must have better than average experience with Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
Compensation: $38-53 an hour.
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
