Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Risk Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR. This position involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks to the organization, as well as developing risk management strategies.
The Risk
Manager will oversee compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, create contingency plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of risk awareness. Some tasks may be performed remotely.
Qualifications
- Risk assessment and management expertise, including the ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks specific to the construction and consulting industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in creating contingency plans and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills to convey complex risk information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific risk management tools and software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CRM (Certified Risk Manager) or equivalent are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the construction or consulting industries is desirable.
