Job Description:

Integrate risk considerations that aligns with Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework into institutional strategy and transformation

Lead horizon scanning and emerging risk analysis

Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligning to Balanced Scorecard metrics

Facilitate enterprise risk discussions at various levels and management platforms

Provide strategic insights across domains

Translate complex risks into clear, actionable narratives

Act as the risk advisor to various operating departments and promote risk awareness and accountability amongst management and staff.

Provide training and educational programs on risk management practices to promote a culture of safety, quality, and risk awareness among staffs at all levels.

Provide secretariat support for Risk Management Committee (or equivalent) meetings.

Assist in ad-hoc projects, investigations, and administrative duties, where required.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant experience in internal controls, compliance or audit, preferably from Accountancy firms. Experience in data protection work will be an added advantage
