Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our growing FinTech / Forex organization in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating financial and operational risks while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.
The candidate must possess CISI certifications in UAE Rules and Regulations and Risk in Financial Services, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Forex, CFD, or FinTech firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risks associated with Forex and CFD trading activities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and prepare detailed risk analysis reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, SCA regulations, and internal compliance standards.
- Monitor client exposure, margin levels, trading activities, and suspicious transactions.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Dealing, Finance, and Operations departments to mitigate business risks.
- Review internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen risk management processes.
- Identify emerging risks and provide proactive recommendations to management.
- Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to risk management activities.
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and internal governance procedures.
- Support management in developing risk mitigation strategies and business continuity planning.
Requirements: Mandatory Certifications:
- CISI – UAE Rules and Regulations
- CISI – Risk in Financial Services
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management within FinTech, Forex, CFD, or Financial Services firms.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Forex and CFD trading environments.
- In-depth understanding of UAE financial regulations and SCA requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and risk reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with regulated Forex or brokerage firms in the UAE.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, exposure monitoring systems, and risk analytics tools.
- Understanding of AML and compliance frameworks within financial institutions.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
