Risk Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a

• *motivated and detail-oriented Risk Strategy Analyst**

to support the risk management function of our Trading & Market Making division. This role focuses on assisting in the execution and optimization of risk control strategies across trading activities.

• *Responsibilities**
• Assist in the design and optimization of risk control frameworks, covering areas such as anti-fraud, risk strategy, data risk control, and compliance
• Support the implementation of risk control strategies based on trading business scenarios, improving risk identification, monitoring, and response processes
• Monitor risk control systems and indicators, and assist in analyzing abnormal activities or risk signals
• Support the maintenance and iteration of risk control rules and models to improve overall risk prevention effectiveness
• Assist in conducting risk assessments at the business and process level, identifying potential risk points and control gaps
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (trading, product, tech) to support risk control initiatives and improvements
• *Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or related fields
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in risk control, data analysis, or related areas (fintech / trading platforms preferred)
• Basic understanding of risk control concepts, anti-fraud strategies, or data-driven risk management approaches
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in SQL / Python / Excel (any one is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong willingness to learn
