The Role

We're looking for a Risk Strategy Specialist to own real-time market and behavioral monitoring across crypto, commodities CFDs, and other instruments. You'll sit at the intersection of trading risk, fraud prevention, and quantitative analysis — designing controls that directly shape trading outcomes, not advising from the sidelines. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively across our global team.

What You'll Own

• Lead risk strategy development and counter-operations against black/grey market abuse patterns
• Manage large-client net exposure and liquidity risk across volatile market conditions
• Develop A/B book routing rules, multi-LP liquidity aggregation, and real-time slippage monitoring strategies across a range of financial derivatives
• Analyze user behavior chains, related-party clusters, and on-chain activity; produce actionable risk reports
• Build multi-dimensional anomaly monitoring frameworks to identify and pre-empt emerging exposure

What You Bring

3+ years in risk strategy, with at least one of the following:

• A/B book risk management or LP reconciliation experience
• Market making risk or liquidity management
• MT5 or crypto exchange account risk ops
• Traditional finance risk background (bank, broker, or futures — not pure credit/lending)

Core skills:

• Deep familiarity with MT5 risk systems — margin requirements, exposure monitoring, position limits
• Hands-on experience resolving LP reconciliation breaks and generating correction orders
• Ability to identify market manipulation across a range of known typologies
• Python and SQL in production risk contexts; ML/deep learning applied to anomaly detection
• Blockchain wallet tracing and on-chain data analysis
• Strong written communication — you can turn complex risk data into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Crypto or CFD/TradFi background strongly preferred. Bachelor's or above in finance, economics, CS, or a related field.
