We are seeking a Robotics Controls Engineer to join our exciting, vibrant, fast paced company, where no 2 days are the same.

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for designing control systems, and robot as well as PLC and HMI programming for robotic systems.

You'll see projects develop from concept to reality, being involved in all aspects of design, programming, testing, commissioning and customer support.

Other then the below qualifications, we are looking for someone who loves solving problems, who can provide solutions to problems, and who is able to work independent and as a team, at our office and at customer sides. We need someone that gets more excited the bigger the tasks are.

You have proven experience with programming robots (Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB) .

Someone that has the proven ability to program PLC's. (Siemens, Rockwell)

Someone that has the proven ability to program to program HMI's.

Able to read electrical drawings and wire to print, as well as being able to use Autocad

Exposure to a wide variety of production machinery, industrial sensors, and industrial power systems (vision, laser distance sensors, servo drives, feedback devices, VFD's, pneumatics)

Ready to work Monday to Friday, and late nights and weekends on an as needed bases.

Ability to travel to customer locations, being a way from home for a few days to up to a few weeks, as required for start up and commissioning for the systems we built.

Interested in learning, and growing, and not being afraid to try new things.

US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Must be legal to work in the USA.

Able to travel on short notice

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to work effectively with little to no supervision, and seek out the necessary resources to complete tasks

Experience solving complex problems as an individual or part of a team

• Willingness to travel for customer calls and installations when needed.
• Ability for individual thinking of solutions and identifying issues.
• PLC Debugging and at minimum moderate ladder logic coding skills.
• Communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Yaskawa, ABB and or FANUC debugging.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work with their hands and perform mechanical duties if needed.
• LIft weights up to 75lbs
• Ability to read schematics and redline schematics properly.
• Organization and proper documentation skills.
• Understanding of system flow.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
