Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in an autonomous driving background
Familiarity with CAD tools including Altium or similar tools
Proven experience designing, prototyping, and debugging PCB/PCBAs
Familiarity/experience with electronics lab tools and simulation tools (ex: LTSpice, PSpice)
Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing, including the use of lab equipment
Job Description
An employer is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Austin, Tx. He EE will be working help to assist with the design and testing/validation of various robotic parts to ensure on time product delivery. This includes schematic creations, component creation, testing of boards and anything else needed for production. The EE will be a self-starter with ambiguity in the work he/she will provide. The ideal EE will have experience with various parts such as power distribution boards, communication distribution boards, batteries, actuators, speakers, etc. This role is onsite 5 days a week and the hourly pay ranges from $70 - $80/hr.
