We’re working with a seed-stage robotics startup founded by ex-MIT engineers building an end-to-end robotic workforce platform focused on real-world deployment, teleoperation, and autonomous systems.
They’re hiring a Senior Robotics Software Engineer to help build and scale core robotics infrastructure across areas like:
- Robot control systems
- Teleoperation
- Navigation & autonomy
- Fleet management
- Sensor integration & real-time systems
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomy, aerospace, or physical systems
- Strong C++ and Python
- ROS/ROS2, Linux, Docker
- Experience working directly with hardware
- Production-grade engineering mindset
Nice to have:
Simulation, SLAM/perception, low-latency networking, startup experience.
The environment is highly hands-on and fast-paced — ideal for engineers who enjoy building real systems end-to-end, staying close to the code, and having significant ownership from an early stage.
