Responsibilities
- Teach Robotics and Coding to students in grades 1 to 10 using a gamified, 1-on-1 live instruction approach
- Facilitate student projects based on the Robotics curriculum guide, including building and experimenting with hardware
- Teach microcontroller programming using Arduino, ESP32, and other platforms
- Guide students through coding logic, sequences, and structures to create games, animations, apps, and websites
- Resolve technical doubts and troubleshoot hardware or software issues for students
- Communicate effectively with international students to ensure an immersive learning experience
Requirements
- Degree in Robotics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Scratch (Block Coding), Python, or C
- Strong technical knowledge of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and electrical engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work night shifts
- Stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps upload and download speeds
- Working webcam and microphone
- Reliable computer running Windows 10+ or macOS 10.13+
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong oratory skills and a confident, presentable teaching style
- Passion for teaching and co-learning in an EdTech environment
