US Robot Store is a Los Angeles-based robotics distributor and solutions provider, and an official partner of leading robotics brands such as Unitree Robotics, Inspire Robots. We provide cutting-edge robotics systems—including humanoid robots, quadruped robot dogs, robotic arms, and dexterous hands—to universities, research labs, and industrial customers worldwide.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to drive growth through customer engagement, product demonstrations, and strategic outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with advanced technology and building relationships in the robotics and AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers (universities, research labs, companies)
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct in-person and virtual demos of robotics products (humanoids, robot dogs, arms, etc.)
  • Travel to customer sites for live demonstrations and technical discussions
  • Support customers in understanding product capabilities and use cases
  • Represent US Robot Store at trade shows, expos, and industry events
  • Set up booths, perform live demos, and engage with attendees
  • Generate and qualify leads during events
  • Develop partnerships with universities, research institutions, and companies
  • Identify new market opportunities (education, AI research, industrial automation)
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Act as a point of contact for customers post-sale
  • Coordinate with technical teams for support and customization
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

QualificationsRequired

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Preferred

  • Background in robotics, engineering, or technical products
  • Experience selling to universities, labs, or B2B customers
  • Familiarity with AI, robotics, or automation industries
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission (high earning potential)
  • Commission ranges depending on product category:
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Travel expense reimbursement
