Job Description

The Role

You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and systems integration, helping develop high-performance software that powers autonomous aerial systems and advanced propulsion platforms.

  • Build and scale core robotics software (targeting, guidance, transformations)
  • Develop simulation environments (SIL) for advanced systems
  • Optimize performance across deployed platforms (e.g. routing, efficiency)
  • Work closely with hardware + manufacturing teams
  • Solve complex, real-world problems in live systems
  • Contribute across the full product lifecycle (concept → deployment)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years software engineering experience
  • Strong C++ (or Rust) in Linux environments
  • Background in robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
  • Experience with real-world systems (not just theoretical)
  • Strong fundamentals: algorithms, concurrency, optimization
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UAVs, motion planning, perception, or controls
  • Embedded systems / RTOS experience
  • Simulation, sensor fusion, or multi-agent systems
  • Python / Rust / Go
