The Role
You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and systems integration, helping develop high-performance software that powers autonomous aerial systems and advanced propulsion platforms.
- Build and scale core robotics software (targeting, guidance, transformations)
- Develop simulation environments (SIL) for advanced systems
- Optimize performance across deployed platforms (e.g. routing, efficiency)
- Work closely with hardware + manufacturing teams
- Solve complex, real-world problems in live systems
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle (concept → deployment)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Strong C++ (or Rust) in Linux environments
- Background in robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
- Experience with real-world systems (not just theoretical)
- Strong fundamentals: algorithms, concurrency, optimization
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with UAVs, motion planning, perception, or controls
- Embedded systems / RTOS experience
- Simulation, sensor fusion, or multi-agent systems
- Python / Rust / Go
