Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission industrial robotic systems and associated automation equipment.

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on robots to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues on industrial robots.

• Program and teach robot paths, points, and sequences using various robot controller interfaces.

• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize robot performance and integrate new functionalities.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on robot operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.

• Document all maintenance activities, service reports, and system performance metrics accurately.

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.

• Travel to client sites within the Greater Toronto Area and occasionally across Canada for service calls and installations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Robotics Technician in an industrial setting.

• Proficiency with major industrial robot brands (e.g., Fanuc, A
