Robotics Test Infrastructure Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Robotics Test Infrastructure and Release. Key Responsibilities Own the architecture and development of test infrastructure and automation frameworks for robotics software Lead the release management function, defining quality gates and overseeing the release readiness process Track post-release issues and drive improvements in the testing strategy based on field data Required Qualifications 8+ years in product testing, test infrastructure, or test automation with at least 2 years in a management role Experience with complex, multidisciplinary systems such as robotics or autonomous vehicles Proven ability to build and scale test engineering teams in fast-paced environments Hands-on experience with test infrastructure for robotic or electromechanical systems Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and robotics software architecture
