  • Reconcile accounts and support complete, accurate reporting of revenue and pay‑away calculations across internal and outsourced teams.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting and month‑end reporting, ensuring variances are understood and communicated clearly.
  • Analyse tour and event costs, audit ticket sales and royalty reporting, and challenge external statements where required.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience reviewing, challenging and auditing company royalty statements.
  • Strong background in delivering high‑quality accounting and reporting services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for non‑finance audiences.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Experience analysing tour or event costs and auditing ticket sale and royalty reporting.
  • Knowledge of licensing, music, or live events revenue streams.
  • Experience working with outsourced finance teams or shared service environments.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools used for royalty or rights management.
