RPA / Machine Learning Developer (Healthcare Insurance Industry Experience)
Contract-to-Hire - Conversion expected in 2026

Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in RPA development.
- Hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360 (development, deployment, troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, VBScript).
- Experience with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have: • Prior healthcare or Medicaid domain experience.
- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Background in data analytics or AI/ML production deployments.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing applications, databases, and APIs.
- Support ongoing RPA processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives, contributing to proof-of-concepts and production-level use cases.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.
- Document processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
