SA, Automation Quality Assurance Engineer (Avaloq), Wealth Management Technology, Group Technology

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide solution's within test automation for Avaloq Core Platform application.

• Creative thinking on resolving issues and demonstrate the passion about testing as a whole

• Demonstrate the good knowledge and experience with Avaloq kernel and parameterization is preferred.

• Able to perform deep impact and analysis for the task assigned on the test result and be proactive to troubleshoot and retest whenever is possible to ensure system behaviour is as expected.

• Able to understand test objectives, analyse the test requirements, and the test data required to facilitate the functional test automation for user acceptance and integration tests

• Responsible to take part on performing regression testing and able to provide failure analysis of the test executions result.

• Able to demonstrate skill on test automation with the tools like TestMaster and think beyond automation.

• Sufficient knowledge on Wealth banking products, and general banking terminology.

• Able to work under minimum supervision and collaborate with another team member.

• Proactive and be able to propose alternate solutions to achieve the same desired outcome/objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT or other related engineering fields

• At least 3-5 years' experience in test case design and test case automation development

• Able to perform software functional testing and understand the test requirements well

• Experience working on one or more test automation tools/technologies - i.e. TestMaster/Selenium/Java/Python with min 1-3 years exp.

• Novice to advanced level of PL/SQL or Avaloq Scripting is a plus

• Hands on experience with Avaloq application

• Familiar with Avaloq Core Platform and the modules within the application

• Able to perform data analysis with standard query language, PL/SQL

• Understand data/object modelling experience in both Relational and Oracle database

• Hands on experience with writing unit, functional, and end-to-end tests scenario

• A strong sense of ownership

• Strong team player and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter and motivated

• Strong stress tolerance while handling production issues or working on tight project schedule.
