Transform data into actionable strategies as a Sales Analytics Manager. Play a crucial role in shaping commercial decisions through analytics, segmentation, and collaborative strategies in a hybrid environment.

In this role, you will manage incentive compensation and salesforce sizing while fostering collaboration across functions. Key responsibilities include developing customer segmentation models and providing strategic insights to sales teams. A focus on data interpretation and effective training will ensure clarity in business planning and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer segmentation and sales targeting strategies
  • Coordinate with Sales Management for territory alignments
  • Analyze and validate reports using various data sets
  • Provide training on data tools and insights to users
  • Generate actionable recommendations for sales performance

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of IQVIA data and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Lead efforts in data analytics to provide meaningful insights that influence sales strategies and execution across diverse teams.
