ELS is hiring for the position of Sales Data Analyst in Chicago, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

The Sales Data Analyst establishes sales support processes and activities. This position ensures appropriate resource allocation and resolves complex customer requests or complaints.

Your Job Will Include

• Develop and implement promotional events and interact with external dealers to increase sales volume.
• Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the team.
• Solicit new business and distribute leads to team members.
• Develop budgets, policies and procedures to support infrastructure.
• Review sales agreements for accuracy and content prior to sending to clients.
• Run, review and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Ensure that staff adheres to the company’s sales office standards.
• Maintain a current understanding of trends in the real estate industry as well as upcoming new products.
• Train and update team members on basic sales techniques, including follow-up, closing and upselling.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress back to the team.

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role.
• Strong knowledge of the sales team’s role in generating revenue for the company.
• Significant experience with large accounts.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to interpret and report on sales metrics.
• Strong attention to detail.

Estimated Compensation For This Position In The States Of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT And WA Is

Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
