Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales and business development for robotic construction solutions, including construction robotics, 3D printing systems, and advanced automation technologies, across assigned markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in robotic construction and automation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
- Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution positioning in coordination with engineering teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and pricing strategies.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Lead negotiations and support contract closure in line with company targets.
Qualifications
- Engineering background or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in construction technology, robotics, automation, or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of GCC construction markets and tendering processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
