We’re Hiring – Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment Rental) Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer for our Dubai-based client to drive rental sales of industrial and construction equipment across key sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, Municipal, Marine, and Power & Water.
Key Responsibilities
- )Identify and develop new rental opportunities for industrial equipment across UAE projects
- )Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, quotations, negotiation, and closing
- )Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, EPC companies, utilities, and industrial clients
- )Promote rental solutions such as generators, compressors, pumps, and other industrial equipment
- )Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tenders/projects
- )Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance KPIs
- )Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment mobilization and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3–4 years of UAE experience in industrial or construction equipment rental sales
Strong UAE market knowledge and client network in EPC, contractors, and industrial sectors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Valid UAE Driving License
Willingness to travel across project sites and occasionally abroad
