About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Financial Services & Strategic Accounts to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities across banks, digital banks, fintech companies, payment service providers, insurance firms, lending institutions, and other regulated organizations. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and opportunity development to contract negotiation, account management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customer accounts and achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and technology requirements.
