Sales Hunter (Director) – Global Investment & Private Equity

Location: United States, Remote: (Locational Pref. - NY/NJ)

Compensation: $180K in base

What is the role?

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Hunter to drive net-new revenue growth. This is a pure hunting role focused on new logo acquisition and strategic deal closure, targeting Mid cap and Tier 1 Investment firms and PE.

The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to sell services-led transformation engagements including digital engineering, payment services, platform modernization, data and AI-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales for net-new logos across Investment firms and PE.

Build and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for acquiring new clients

Identify and close opportunities across AI-led consulting, data, engineering, and managed services

Position capabilities in:

  • Core platform modernization

Payment’s transformation

Data and AI-driven solutions

Build CXO-level relationships across business and technology stakeholders

Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, and AI Lab teams to craft differentiated proposals

Own pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution discipline

Required Experience, Key Skills & Competencies

10+ years of enterprise IT services consultative experience selling into Global Investment and PE firms

Proven success in selling services-led engagements (consulting, digital engineering, or IT services)

Demonstrated achievement of revenue and booking targets

Experience selling IT managed services into Tier 1 / Tier 2 Global Investment Firms with strong network

Strong executive presence with a consultative driven sales approach

Strong hunter mindset with a focus on building pipeline from scratch

Ability to translate domain and engineering capabilities into business outcomes

Results-driven with high accountability and ownership
