$150-180k salary

Hybrid - Andover, MA (relocation support available)

I’m partnered with a global renewable energy and utilities company who are currently looking to expand their SCADA team, and are looking for an Engineering Lead to join their ranks.

The SCADA Engineering Lead will be reporting to the SCADA Manager and will be overseeing the project integration, maintenance and upgrade of SCADA systems for renewable energy assets. This will involve designing and integrating SCADA systems across numerous plants, leading change requests, creating network tickets, developing SCADA standards and overseeing troubleshooting efforts. A core focus of this role will be as a coordination and advisory leader between sites as well as facilitating between the SCADA team and vendors, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and 3rd parties.

Core skills & experience:

• Demonstrable experience working in the electrical space with exposure to the high-voltage space and knowledge of electrical systems operations
• Hands-on experience integrating and maintaining SCADA systems, automation and PLC within the renewables, power or utility industries
• Technical expertise should include CMware, OPC UA, Ignition, KepServer and industrial protocols
• Understanding of different power market designes (ERCOT, PGM, etc.)
• Strong background with industrial and IT communications
• Understanding of NERC is nice to have
