The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with a proven track record of leading teams and supporting SCADA operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SCADA team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational discipline.
  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of SCADA platforms, including development, integration, and operational support.
  • Serve as a technical and commercial leader, providing strategic direction and expertise in SCADA systems for critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and security of operational technology systems.
  • Drive the development and integration of new SCADA solutions to enhance business capabilities and meet evolving operational needs.
  • Manage the day-to-day support of SCADA operations, ensuring minimal downtime and effective problem resolution.

Core Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SCADA system management, specifically with platforms known for their robust capabilities in process control and data acquisition.
  • Extensive experience with SCADA integration development and supporting live SCADA operations.
  • Demonstrated team management experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing technical talent.
  • Operational experience within the Oil & Gas industry is required.
  • A blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Geo SCADA / ClearSCADA is a plus, but not required.
