Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems that monitor and control data center facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop SCADA systems to monitor and control Electrical and Mechanical equipment in data centers and other mission critical facilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA systems, including hardware and software components.

Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.

Maintain documentation for system configurations, changes, and updates.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on SCADA operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SCADA technology.

Skills

Experience working with industry leading SCADA systems.

Experience with PLC and HMIs

Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to system integration.

Networking skills and experience with standard communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet

Programming skills in C++ and Python for automation tasks and scripting.

Proficient in AutoCAD for designing system layouts and schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Ignition or VTScada systems

Experience with Building Automation or Control Systems

Located in DFW area
