Job Description

We are seeking a Scientist I to join a cutting-edge Gene Therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to research focused on non-viral nucleic acid delivery systems and gene therapy applications.

In this role, you will support the analytical characterization of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) used in genome editing and therapeutic development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to advancing innovative pharmaceutical solutions.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing and quantification of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) encapsulating nucleic acids
  • Analyze raw materials used in LNP formulations
  • Evaluate relationships between physicochemical properties and therapeutic performance (efficacy & safety)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experimental data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Analytical, Process Development)
  • Support lab operations including instrument calibration, scheduling, and supply management

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years (BS) or ~2+ years (MS/BS) relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality data
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
