We’re working with a rapidly growing, innovation-led biotech platform company operating at the cutting edge of antibody and protein therapeutics.

This is a unique opportunity for a scientifically trained individual to step into a highly visible, strategic role at the interface of science and business.

You’ll work closely with R&D and senior leadership to evaluate external opportunities, shape partnership strategy, and translate complex biology into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

🔬 What we’re looking for:

• PhD in immunology, oncology, pharmacology or related field
• Strong grounding in drug discovery (biologics / antibodies preferred)
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate scientific value clearly
• Exposure to strategy, consulting, venture, licensing or partnerships (formal or informal)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across scientific and commercial teams

🌍 Ideal (but not essential):

• Experience working across global teams
• Mandarin language capability
