About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven SEM specialist to drive user acquisition across Navan’s travel and expense products. You’ll be a key member of the Growth team, contributing to our search-first strategy across Google, Bing, and emerging LLM-based channels to capture high-intent demand, with a focus on scalable structure, smart automation, and full-funnel impact.
What you’ll do
Search-first growth
Drive end-to-end planning and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, Apple and LLM-driven surfaces
Build and maintain scalable keyword and account architecture across multiple products, go-to-market motions (PLG, SLG), and regions
Align SEM execution with business priorities and revenue goals
Localize strategy and messaging while maintaining a coherent global structure
Test new markets, formats, and betas to unlock incremental growth
Automation, testing, and analytics
Run a structured testing roadmap across keywords, audiences,
and landing experiences
Analyze performance across the full funnel and surface clear, actionable insights
Partner with Analytics and Web/CRO teams to improve conversion rates and ROI
AI first approach - using and researching AI tools & features to drive performance and improve day2day efficiency
What we’re looking for
3-4 years of hands-on SEM experience managing meaningful Google and Bing budgets, ideally in B2B SaaS
Power user of Google Ads (and ideally Google Ads Editor)
Experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries/regions
Highly analytical, comfortable with performance data, dashboards,
and funnel metrics
Experience with automated bidding and AI-driven tools
