ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and growing the Woodstock lawyer community. Acting as a trusted partner to our lawyers, you’ll build strong, long-term relationships that help them thrive professionally while ensuring they get the most value from being part of Woodstock.
You’ll take ownership of lawyer engagement and success across your portfolio, from onboarding and relationship management through to identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with teams across operations, product, marketing, and legal, you’ll help shape the lawyer experience, champion improvements, and ensure our community continues to meet the high standards Woodstock is known for.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you’ll combine relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational awareness to support lawyer satisfaction, retention, and growth. If you enjoy building meaningful professional relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping a growing community succeed, you’ll play a key role in the continued success of Woodstock and Lawhive.
