Senior AI Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior IT AI Automation Engineer to design and operationalize intelligent automation and AI capabilities within its IT ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI workflows for IT operations Develop internal tools to enhance IT team capabilities and automate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows Build automation solutions using Python and integrate with enterprise systems while ensuring security and scalability Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or engineering roles 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation Strong proficiency in Python and experience with RESTful APIs Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) Practical experience integrating LLMs in enterprise scenarios
