Senior AI Engineer Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption & Enablement

6Month Contract

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Objective: Continue and expand the Copilot adoption program established during the initial fourweek engagement, ensuring sustainable enterprisewide AI readiness and value realization.

Required Skills & Experience

AI & Microsoft 365 Expertise

• Deep handson experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint, and Chat.
• Strong command of prompt engineering, multistep prompting, and scenariobased AI workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering AI training programs at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, content architecture, and CoE site management.

Skills:

• Prior experience as a Copilot for M365 SME, AI consultant, or enterprise productivity engineer.
• Experience supporting or building an AI or automation Center of Excellence.
• Background in enterprise change management or digital transformation.
• Microsoft certifications (AI900, MS900, SC900, or Copilotspecific credentials).
