Core Responsibilities
- Execute and expand Copilot adoption program following initial readiness engagement

- Deliver advanced training (prompting, role-based sessions, Copilot deep dives) and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain Copilot CoE (SharePoint hub) with best practices, templates, and playbooks
- Support AI governance, security, and compliance alignment with enterprise standards
- Track adoption metrics, engagement, and value realization, providing actionable insights to leadership
Required Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (Teams, SharePoint, Chat)
- Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design capabilities
- Experience leading enterprise AI enablement and training programs
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, permissions, and governance
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption
